THEME BUILDER COMING SOON
Note: This element is only for use with the ThemeBuilder. This element is only available when editing ThemeBuilder templates.
The Post Meta Element is used on the Single Post template so you can show things such as, the author image, author name, article date, number of comments, and reading time (turned off by default).
Add the Post Meta Element
To add the Post Meta Element, you can click the + icon and choose the element from the element sidebar. Drag it to the column you want to add it to on your page.
After dragging the element to the page you'll see the element's inline toolbar. We won't cover every single option here, but we'll cover the ones specific to this element.
Edit the Post Meta Options
Probably the most important part of this element, is the Post Meta Options icon, which is the first icon in the toolbar. Here you can set up things like the Separator, Horizontal and Vertical Spacing, Block Order, and Block Visibility. You can also turn on the Reading Time option from the Block Visibility Setting.
If you want to translate the Reading Time text, you can do that from the element sidebar. When you are editing the Post Meta element, just click the arrow here to open the sidebar, and you'll see the text customization where you can change the text for Minute, Minutes, and Read.
You can also enable or disable the author link from the link options icon. This is enabled by default.
If you would like to change the spacing, post meta width, or align the element or the element content, you can do that from the settings icon.
Other toolbar icons are similar to other elements and are not necessary to cover here.
If you have any questions or problems when using this element that are not covered here, please reach out to our support team and they'll be happy to guide you.
